Slutshaming is mad serious in small towns like the one im from. Making out w boys who arent your bf will make it so youre branded as the neighborhood hoe and no one will marry you unless theyre some out-of-towner. In a place where lil boys are all taught to be womanizers, they will leave women old maids if they come even 1/100th close to their male eternal state of whoredom. And where men are often sustenance, being relegated to not having any but passerby, is like a life sentence. Its the price you pay for thinking you can do what you want. Everyone will look to you only to cheat on their wives and gf with. Which is often what black or lower class women are relegated to w upper class men as well.
